ElderCare at Home is pleased to announce that our ElderCare Resource Center has opened a new office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. ElderCare at Home and the ElderCare Resource Center provide Alzheimer’s/dementia specific home care and geriatric care management services to patients, families and caregivers suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other cognitive impariments.
