I worked in an alzheimer's unit of only 10 people, now i work with many whom have dementia, many mental health issues & many others they are all together no one is seperated I deal very well with these people, however my actual training & understanding of some issues particularly violent episodes, i'm not exactly sure how to handle them & need to learn all i can to give my extended family much better care. your help would be greatly appreciated.
